B | 同时，广西南部、海南岛西南部、广东东部、福建东部和南部、浙江东南部、台湾岛等地部分地区有大到暴雨，其中广西西南部、台湾岛南部等地有大暴雨、局地特大暴雨。中央气象台预计，22日20时至23日20时，广西南部的部分地区发生中小河流洪水的气象风险高，其中广西西南部局地发生中小河流洪水的气象风险很高；水利部和中国气象局预计，广西西南部部分地区发生山洪灾害可能性大，局地发生山洪灾害可能性很大；自然资源部和中国气象局预计，广西南部部分地区发生地质灾害的气象风险高。气象专家提醒，未来3天，海南、广西、广东、福建等地将有持续性强降雨天气，部分地区累计雨量有一定的极端性，需做好相关防御工作。“沙德尔”（强台风级）目前正以每小时25至30公里的速度向西偏北方向移动，强度逐渐增强。中央气象台首席预报员董林21日在分析“沙德尔”发展趋势时预测，“沙德尔”可能在未来3天达到超强台风级，26日前后将进入东海，此后可能继续向西北方向移动、28至29日前后登陆我国华东沿海，也可能在我国近海转向东北方向移动。目前，气象部门正密切跟踪监测“沙德尔”的发展，中央气象台将及时发布预报预警。
