And afterwards I don't remember. The only thing I remember is that I thought I was in my bed, I wanted to get up to go urinate and I couldn't move. When I pushed the coffin, I was able to break a glass that it had and that way I was able to get out. They wanted to use me as a sullu," the 30-year-old told local Bolivian news outlet Página Siete.,When the man turned to police, they refused to believe him, saying he was too drunk.。 本次演练模拟建昌县东部及巴什罕乡附近区域遭遇强降雨天气，在县防汛抗旱指挥部的统一指挥调度下，各部门、乡镇紧急启动应急响应，联防联动，展开应急处置，高效完成了预警预报、专家会商、启动预案、提前转移危险区群众，水库联合防洪调度等实战演练的各项任务。
二 | 此次演练分为预警预报、启动预案，发布预警、启动应急响应，危险区域群众安全转移以及水库联合防洪调度三个环节，其中组织危险区域的群众转移是演练重点。
三 | 演练过程中，各参演部门和参演人员行动迅速，分工明确、组织严密、协同作战，充分展示了防汛应急演练的实战应急能力、检验了防汛应急预案的可操作性、实用性和科学性，取得了预定演练效果，达到了演练目的，对全面提升全县防汛应急水平和积累实战经验，确保汛期安全具有重要意义。 县领导在总结讲话中指出，要以此次演练为契机，结合以往防汛应急实战工作经验，切实提高全县防汛应急实战能力。各单位、各乡镇要抓紧时间，对防汛的重点问题、薄弱环节和应对工作，再进行一次深入的检查排查，真正做到布置有检查、落实有反馈、效果有跟踪、责任有追究。要时刻绷紧防汛这根弦，充分利用本次演练的经验，精心组织、科学调度、以必胜的信心和临战的状态，确保全县安全度汛。
