二 |     (ECNS) -- A Chinese woman surnamed Zhou recently expressed her gratitude to Wang Jin, a staff member at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport in Zhejiang Province, for helping her family rearrange their travel plans during an emergency.    "Faced with the loss of a loved one, we were overwhelmed with grief and did not know what to do. At such a difficult moment, Wang Jin gave us great comfort and support," Zhou wrote on her social media account. "His actions allowed us to truly appreciate the professionalism and compassion of the airport staff."        On the evening of Aug. 13, Zhou and her parents learned that a close relative had passed away.
